Stbd Fuel Locker

The aft locker of my Ross 780 was removed to gain access to decoring the stbd cockpit seats.  I'm replacing and building the locker in place like a colapsible box I have dry fit the panels in place using contour gages.  The locker will be bonded and taped into place using a chop strand mat encapsulated 6mm Aquatek.  I'm using pvc rod and zip ties set back .75" so that the corners will come together at an edge and the zip ties can be leveraged to form a tight joint.

Tomorrow this shape will be fit to the boat and the box will be frozen with a tight fit to deck.
